David G. Fuller - Medical Director

Dr. Fuller is a board-certified family medicine physician and serves as the medical director for the MyHealth Center. Dr. Fuller provides all aspects of medical care, including: gynecology, newborns, pediatrics, adolescents, adult men and women, geriatrics, with an emphasis on healthcare maintenance and preventive medicine.

Dr. Fuller is deeply rooted in the Modesto community. He obtained his Medical Degree from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine and performed Family Practice training at UC Davis, from which he was recruited by the Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. He has been a resident in the Modesto community for 26 years, where he raised his two children. Dr. Fuller has assisted in orthopedic, gynecologic, and general surgery for over 20 years.


Aldrina Balane, MBA-HCM, RN

Aldrina is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in medical-surgical nursing, occupational health, and case management. With specialized expertise in industrial nursing, she focuses on workplace injury prevention, employee health management, and navigating complex workers’ compensation cases. Aldrina is committed to promoting employee well-being, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing workplace safety. Her dedication to continuous professional growth and excellence in occupational health and case management makes her a valuable asset in both healthcare and corporate settings.


Bonnie Dirling, BSN, RN

Bonnie is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 6 years of experience. She graduated form University of Arkansas Ft. Smith with her BSN in 2018. Bonnie has a background in public health with a passion for health promotion, injury prevention, and workplace wellness. Her previous experience at Premise Health sites has also allowed her to perform all aspects of clinic duties with precision. Known for her ability to assess and perform her duties autonomously, Bonnie excels in delivering high-quality care within the scope of her practice.

Carley Mangine, ATC, CEAS III

Carley is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. She holds an associate's degree in exercise science and attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training. After graduation, she worked in the high school sports setting as an Athletic Trainer with Blair Academy and Pope John XXIII High School. In 2018, she transitioned into the industrial setting, where she has worked with manufacturers on injury and illness prevention, ergonomics, health promotion, and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.


Alanna Crossman, MA, ATC

Alanna is a Certified Athletic Trainer with the IPS team. She was born and raised in Northern California and attended school in Stockton before moving to Lodi in 2020. She has both her Bachelor's and Master's in Athletic Training, and has worked in various settings throughout her career. This includes 4 years with collegiate sports, and now 7 years with the industrial and high school sports settings.


Keiko Martin, MSAT, ATC

Keiko is an injury prevention specialist working with Gallo cellar and spirits plants. Originating from Pennsylvania, graduated with a Master of Athletic Training from Moravian College in 2020. Previously, Keiko, has worked in division one athletics across multiple sports as a certified athletic trainer. Proficient in rehabilitative exercise and preventative therapy techniques.
